Epimorphics Ltd is a company specialising in designing data technology systems. It has a worldwide client base across a range of market sectors. The Epimorphics team has a wealth of experience and deep expertise in a wide range of subjects. They can’t be experts in everything though.

Epimorphics works with Data Orchard CIC so that we can provide specialist support to supplement their team when they need us. In particular we bring specialist knowledge of local public services in the context of data, data maturity in organisations and data strategy. We’ve worked with Epimorphics on in depth reviews of data standards, user research with local authority staff and the design of databases to cope with the reality of local public administration.

For example: working as part of a research team with Epimorphics Ltd we undertook user research with local authority staff to understand how they collect, store and use data about food samples of different types. We worked with Epimorphics staff to pull out the key findings and to recommend approaches that could improve the way these data are shared with central government.
