A 5-week course designed to equip CEOs and senior leaders to harness the strategic potential of data for their organisation. Understand the practical and technical aspects of data leadership, how to build the skills and culture of your team, the risks and opportunities - including around AI - and define the next steps to advance your organisation’s data maturity.

This 8-week course, delivered in digestible 1 hour sessions, will help nonprofit staff gain a new confidence in working with data while building the skills to challenge and improve existing practice. Based on the databasic.io workshops originally developed by a team from MIT.

Across eight weeks of 2-hour sessions, this course provides you with everything you need to deliver our ‘Key data skills for everyone’ training programme within your own organisation, enabling you to roll out your own data confidence training to non data specialist teams.
