Data specialists and trainers: Our big new team
Last year, as our consultancy and training work grew, we found ourselves in the happy position of needing to expand our team to keep up with demand.
We were delighted by the response to our call for specialists in data strategy, impact measurement and trainers. Over 150 people applied and with many very capable applicants, we were able to select seven people with incredible skills and qualifications AND tremendous experience in the nonprofit sector, AND who shared our vision and values.
Since then, we’ve been training and onboarding our fantastic new crew and we’re pleased to share the full team lineup now. They’ve already begun delivering some brilliant work with clients, providing much needed additional capacity, fresh ideas and new perspectives.
Our new team members are:
Jay Dev - our ‘man on the ground’ in the US, a master teacher and storyteller
Joanna Fulford - our data strategy, governance and systems expert
Henna Charania - the busy humanitarian that’s often found on a narrow boat
Natalie Tucker - the coaching anthropologist
Milla Gregor - the other coaching anthropologist (!) and friendly face of monitoring
Lindsay Hodgson - the well-travelled psychologist and impact obsessive
Kerry McCarthy - aficionado of theory of change, new directions in evaluation and swimming
They join our existing team with whom many of our clients and course alumni will be familiar:
Sian Basker - the data visionary, strategist and mighty thinker
Mads Spinks - the data polymath, creative and pragmatist
Hannah Khwaja - creator of beautiful simplicity out of complexity
Libby Harkins - the engineer who makes data visible and flow
Heidi May - the person who gets things going and makes sure they’re done
Mike Spencer - the data science brainbox
Ben Proctor - the wildcard of niche data geekism
Carl Morris - the tech infrastructure tamer, web developer and mapper
David Wyn Williams - our Welsh language supremo
