Welcome to the team, Hannah and Libby
We are delighted to introduce two new members of the Data Orchard team. Libby is our new Business and Sales Analyst, and Hannah our Data Analyst. Both are passionate about using their data skills for positive social change, and they’re already powering ahead and making a big difference to the team.
Here’s a bit about them:
Hannah Khwaja, Data Analyst
Hannah joined Data Orchard in January 2022. She provides wide ranging analytical support on client projects for the many not-for-profit organisations we work with.
Hannah has a MSc in Conservation and Biodiversity and a BSc in Zoology. Before joining Data Orchard, she worked in wildlife conservation, using data to answer questions about a variety of species from badgers to pangolins and leading a city-wide community science project on hedgehogs. She has experience in grant administration and working with theory of change to identify and measure clear project outcomes and impact.
She is curious, values-driven and passionate about helping people to make better use of data to tackle social, environmental and economic challenges.
Hannah lives in Chester with her partner and rescue cat Ruby. She is a lover of nature and enjoys walking, horse-riding and reading.
Libby Harkins, Business and Sales Analyst
Libby joined Data Orchard in January 2022. She provides support with the contracting and delivery of Data Orchard's products and services, including our Data Maturity Assessments.
Libby studied psychology, where her research focused on how to promote sustainable diets by investigating how people think about food. She graduated with a BSc Psychology in 2021.
She's particularly interested in how data can be open, accessible and clearly communicated, and believes strongly that robust research can help power social change.
Libby lives in Glasgow. In her down time she says she enjoys a good hike, exploring new places, and coffee shop reading.
