Video: Equality, Diversity and Inclusion - A data-driven journey from emh

In May 2021, our Co-chief executive Sian Basker spoke at the Data4Good Festival 2021 about a project we worked on with emh Group during 2020, in support of their new equality, diversity and inclusion strategy.

Sian presented along with Kathryn Eyre, Head of Quality and Standards at emh, and explained how analysing and improving the data emh held on protected characteristics was able to help kick start their efforts to improve equality and diversity, and enable the beginnings of a cultural shift within the organisation.
