Video: How Prostate Cancer UK used the DMA to inform their first data strategy

Back in October 2021, Clare Shanklyn (then from Prostate Cancer UK) spoke during our webinar on Taking your data maturity to the next level (you can view the full webinar recording here ).

Here's a clip of her talking about how Prostate Cancer UK used the Data Maturity Assessment tool as part of their aim to improve data maturity within the charity. She talks about how they customised questions in the organisational version, how they gained buy in from leadership to encourage as many staff as possible to complete the assessment, and how they then used the learning from their Data Maturity Assessment to identify data strategy goals and priority data projects for the organisation.
