A fond farewell, and a big thank you

We're waving a very fond farewell to some of our colleagues and board members this month.

Chris Gooding, one of Data Orchard’s founding directors is stepping down from the board. He led much of our early work with community volunteers on neighbourhood research and consultation with great skill and diplomacy. His gentle wisdom, support and humour will be greatly missed.

Goodbye also to Edafe Onerhime who brought tremendous personal skill and data expertise to our board. Her thoughtful, knowledgeable contributions have been much appreciated.

Finally, our associate, Paul Ticher who knew just about everything there was to know about Data Protection in the not-for-profit sector has retired. He dedicated his entire career to promoting data protection good practice in the voluntary sector. The good news is you can still get a copy of his brilliant (and wonderfully concise) book published last year.

Data Orchard will be recruiting new board members in the autumn. Watch this space!
