Lindsay Hodgson, Data Strategy and Impact Associate at Data Orchard

Data Strategy and Impact Associate

Lindsay is an experienced social impact consultant with nearly 20 years’ experience in the charity sector. She supports charities through a whole impact journey, from service user engagement and sector research, to theory of change, outcomes measurement frameworks and designing and developing data capture systems.

Lindsay is a huge fan of low-code platforms that allow charities the flexibility and affordability they need to design their own systems to collect and analyse impact data.

Before becoming an independent consultant, Lindsay worked at nonprofit organisations in the UK, New Zealand and the USA, focusing on sensory loss, mental health and learning disabilities. Lindsay has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Human Evolution and Behaviour from UCL. She also has a post-graduate diploma in Deaf Studies and British Sign Language.

Lindsay lives in East London with her family and spends most of her time pretending to be an elaborate sea creature with her two young sons.
