Milla Gregor
Evaluation and Training Associate
Milla is an expert coach, facilitator and trainer, supporting charities to monitor, evaluate and communicate their impact. She has worked with and within the not-for-profit sector since 2003.
She’s interested in building skills and capacity in organisations, while also enhancing people’s ability to make good use of their data.
This lies at the heart of good evaluation and learning processes. Almost all monitoring plans end up with someone, somewhere, collecting, storing and accessing data - but for some this can feel unfriendly or intimidating. In response, Milla has developed training and experience in monitoring approaches, database commissioning and implementation, data visualisation and external communication, so that she can provide support grounded in the realities of day-to-day practice.
Milla has studied biological anthropology, health policy and social research methods, and has extensive professional training in facilitation, coaching and conflict resolution. She brings her years of experience and a light and informal style to help organisations to build capacity and realise their evaluation and learning potential.
Milla can help with:
-
Skills and leadership training

-
