Ben Proctor

Ben is an experienced senior manager and consultant. He provides wide-ranging support on client projects, in particular around developing data strategies, specialist data research and skills development. Ben has considerable experience advising senior leaders in organisations and supporting organisations to develop strategies and plans for improvement.

Before joining Data Orchard, Ben worked as a consultant and trainer as well as a manager in the public sector. Over his career he has delivered training on digital and data skills to hundreds of organisations including local councils, devolved administrations, blue light services and central government departments. He is sought after for his ability to link investments in data, technology and culture together to drive improvement in organisations.

Ben is experienced, skilled and committed to helping organisations use data and digital technology to drive improvements in their services.

Ben lives in Herefordshire. He is a volunteer advisor to Coed Cadw (the Woodland Trust in Wales) and a city and unitary councillor.
