Joanna Fulford
Data Strategy Associate
Jo has worked with data in the not-for-profit sector for over 25 years. She is passionate about helping organisations overcome frustrations with their data so they can make good decisions, deliver their mission efficiently, and be confidently compliant.
Jo began her career in supporter care and database development for fundraising with Christian Aid. She went on to run the individual giving programme and managed the fundraising CRM system at Notting Hill Housing Trust. A long stint at the Advertising Standards Authority gave Jo extensive exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM through her work as a business analyst to deliver process, system and data improvements.
Jo has supported many non-profit organisations to develop data strategies,design and implement data governance and data quality initiatives. She has extensive knowledge of fundraising, direct marketing, communications, events, product and case management activities.
Jo is a Certified Data Management Professional (DAMA) and also has formal qualifications in Business Analysis from the BCS (the chartered institute for IT).
Jo lives in London with her teenage children and dog and enjoys micro-adventures in the great outdoors, cycling, swimming and DIY.
